Use these forms to renew an existing membership as a ministry or organization. Do not use this form to join EMNR for the first time.

Step 1

Corporate membership dues. The membership term is from January 1 to December 31 of each year. If you wish, you can renew for 2 or more years at once by changing the number 1 in the order box to a higher number. Corporate members receive a discount for EMNR conferences for listed staff members, and the right to use the EMNR member logo on your ministry web sites and newsletters. (We will send the logo to you by direct email.) The ministry name, directors, location, and other details may be listed on the EMNR web site, unless requested otherwise.

Step 2

After payment has been completed, please submit the form below.

First and Last names of the director or president.
E.g., "Smith" or "Smith Jr."
Enter the names of all staff members, paid and volunteer, to be included for the ministry type above. Separate names with commas, and include yourself.
By clicking the checkbox above, you indicate that your organization or ministry agrees with the Lausanne Covenant and will adhere to the Manual of Ethical and Doctrinal Standards of EMNR.
When payment is accepted, this is the receipt number. On the confirmation message sent to your email address, it is the order number. Entering this number helps us track each application, but if you cannot find it, enter "not found".

EVERY INPUT BOX BELOW IS OPTIONAL

Corporate members list their ministry name, acronym, or abbreviation here. This will be visible to all web site visitors, including Google and search engines. If you do not want to be listed at all, enter Do not publish into the line above.
Provide the link or URL to your web site. Clicking on your ministry name (above) will take visitors to this link.
Enter any personal names who should be publicly identified as director or official representative(s). You may follow the name with a degree, and/or a preferred title (e.g., "pres", "dir", "founders", etc.).
List the City and State near you. If in a suburb or outlying region, list the nearest "big city." If not in the U.S., include the Province and Country.
Corporate members may have one line of additional information of any kind, placed below the city and state. Try to keep it under 300 characters. You may include hyperlinked words or terms.
